Returns Policy
We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Boer War Online. Refunds can only be issued for items returned in the original, unused condition.
Items that are folded or cut apart when returned will not be accepted.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items that are damaged during installation cannot be returned or exchanged. Boer War Online may provide a replacement item at a discounted rate under our discretion.

Pending inspection, a store credit or exchange will be processed for the item value and you will be contacted via email. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
